Control box comes pre-wired and tested.

All you need to do is:

-mount the box

-run your power wire into the box

-run the heater wires and other accessory wires out

Features

a digital 1/16 din pid controller
2 magnetic contact relays rated to 40 amps each. (this is enough to run 4-3200 watt heaters at 220v) much safer and reliable than SSR's. When these contactors fail they fail "safe" when a SSR fails it usually takes out all components
includes switches for light, fan, and also manual control of heaters
includes high amp distribution block for connecting your power source. This block is rated for 115 amps and has lugs for up to #2 wire. Blocks are UL listed and approved.
uses 220-240v 4 wire for operation, heating system is wired for 220-240v and controls and accessories are wired for 120v
includes 6" k-type thermocouple, this probe has a 6ft high temp wire attached to it
all of these components are prewired in a gray UL listed steel enclosure. This box has punch outs on every side for you to run your wires into it.

Does not include:

fittings to put conduit into the box

power cord to run out of the box

This control box is the perfect way to finish off your oven build, or to update your existing oven to a new digital PID control. This unit operates flawlessly, and keeps the temperature stable. This unit is very well made,good construction, and has clean / neat wiring. I recommend this item!

Control Box

Bought one of these for my oven build. Great price for an already complete control box. All you have to do is connect your elements, fan, lights and connect the 4 wires for power. Doesn't get any easier. Not to mention this box is well built.
